Amendment to Notification No. 160/88-Cus. [Auxiliary duty] Notification No. 273/88-Cus. Dated 30-9-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 77 of the Finance Act, 1988 (26 of 1988), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 160/88-Customs, dated the 13th May, 1988, namely, - In the Table annexed to the said notification, after serial No. 8 and the entries relating thereto, the following Serial No. and the entries shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) "8A 76 Aluminium waste and scrap."
