Amendment to Notification No. 20/88-Cus. [G.E. No. 196] Notification No. 270/88-Cus. Dated 29-9-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 20/88-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1988, namely :- In condition No. (i) of the said notification after the words "Technical Development", the words "or Industrial Adviser in the office of the Development Commissioner, Small Scale Industries" shall be inserted.
