Amendment to Notification No. 13/81-Cus. [G.E. No. 127] Notification No. 226/88-Cus. Dated 27-7-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 13-Customs/81, dated the 9th February, 1981, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification after Sl. No. 9 and the entry relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entry shall be inserted, namely :- Sl. No. Description of goods (1) (2) "10. Office equipments, as permissible for import under the Open General Licence Order No. 23/88-91, dated the 30th March, 1988, issued under Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947) and to such extent as may be allowed by the said Board of Approval"
