Amendment to Notification No. 251/86-Cus. - Validity extended Notification No. 142/88-Cus. Dated 22-4-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 251/86-Customs, dated the 16th April, 1986, namely :- In paragraph 2 of the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "30th day of April, 1988.", the figures, letters and words "30th day of April, 1989." shall be substituted.
