Amendment to Notification No. 210/82-Cus. [G.E. No. 39] Notification No. 128/88-Cus. Dated 30-3-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 210/82-Customs, dated the 10th September, 1982, namely :- In the said notification, - (i) in paragraph 1, - (a) in the opening portion after the words "Multilateral aided projects" the words "or Asian Development Bank or United Nations Organisations or under the Aid Programme of United Nations" shall be inserted; (b) in condition No. 5 after the words "Multilateral aided projects" the words "or Asian Development Bank or United Nations Organisation or under the Aid Programme of United Nations" shall be inserted. (ii) In para 2, for the word, figures, and letters "31st March, 1988" the word, figures and letters "31st December, 1988" shall be substituted.
