Amendment to Notification No. 160/87-Cus. - Validity extended Notification No. 121/88-Cus. Dated 30-3-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 160/87-Customs, dated the 3rd April, 1987, namely :- In paragraph 2 of the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "31st day of March, 1988", the figures, letters and word "30th June, 1988" shall be substituted.
