Amendment to Notification No. 319/85-Cus. - Validity extended Notification No. 113/88-Cus. Dated 29-3-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 319/85-Cus., dated the 16th October, 1985, namely :- In the said notification, - (i) In the first paragraph for the figures and words "15 per cent ad valorem" the figures and words "25 per cent ad valorem" shall be substituted; (ii) In paragraph 2 for the figures, letters and words "31st March, 1988" the figures, letters and word "30th September, 1988" shall be substituted.
