Rescinding of notifications relating to auxiliary duty of customs which have become redundant Notification No. 97/88-Cus. Dated 1-3-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 93 of the Finance Act, 1987 (11 of 1987), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India on the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), namely :- 1. No. 205-Customs, dated the 12th May, 1987. 2. No. 206-Customs, dated the 12th May, 1987. 3. No. 207-Customs, dated the 12th May, 1987. 4. No. 208-Customs, dated the 12th May, 1987. 5.
