Amendment to Notification No. 208/81-Cus., dated 22-9-1981 , withdrawing existing concession on 14 drugs/formulations Notification No. 41/88-Cus. Dated 1-3-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 208-81-Customs, dated the 22nd September, 1981, namely :- In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, under the Heading "A Life Saving Drugs or Medicines", items No. 3, 4, 17, 20, 30, 33, 70, 107B, 108, 111, 133, 164, 165 and 166 and the entries relating thereto, shall be omitted.
