Amendment to Notification No. 124/86-Cus. - Specified Goods of Chapter 8 Notification No. 10/88-Cus. Dated 3-2-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 124/86-Cus., dated the 17th February, 1986, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, for Sl. No. 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entries shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) "2. 0804.10 Dates dry excluding seedless : (a) Shekra or Shakeria Sakina and Brami Rs. 11 per Kg. Rs. 10 per Kg. (b) Kapkapa, Charra, Chup Chap, Sarki Sori, Omani and Bhatni. Rs. 7 per Kg. Rs. 6 per Kg. (c) All other qualities Rs. 4 per Kg. Rs. 3.50 per Kg.
