Amends Notification No. 232/87-Cus. - Magnetic tapes Notification No. 336/87-Cus. Dated 12-10-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 232/87-Customs, dated the 5th June, 1987, namely :- In the said notification, in the opening portion, for the words "magnetic tapes other than those for sound recording", the words "magnetic tapes" shall be substituted.
