Amends Notification Nos. 48/84-Cus. and 397/86-Cus. Notification No. 204/87-Customs Dated 12-5-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be further amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. In the said notification, after the words and figures "Chapter 84" the words and figures "or Chapter 85" shall be inserted. 2. 397/86-Customs dated the 29th July, 1986. In the said notification, for the words and figures "systems falling under Chapter 84" the words and figures "systems, which systems fall under Chapters 84 or 85" shall be substituted.
