Import of goods manufactured in Nepal Notification No. 178/87-Cus. Dated 28-4-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 132-Customs, dated the 2nd July, 1980, namely :- In the Schedule annexed to the said notification after Serial No. 49 and the entries relating thereto, the following Serial Nos. and entries shall be inserted, namely :- "50. Pan Masala, that is to say, any preparation containing betel nuts and any one or more of other ingredients such as lime, Katha (catechu), cardamom, copra, menthol and tobacco. 51. Emery Cloth. 52. Emery Paper. 53. Sand Paper".
