Machine tools Notification No. 434/86-Cus. Dated 24-9-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 154/86-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1986, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against Sl. No. (i) in column (2) for item 13, the following item shall be substituted, namely :- "13. Automatic Grinding Machine for Grinding Straight and Spiral Flutes in Shank type Cutting Tools."
