Partial exemption to micanite, mica etc. Notification No. 428/86-Cus. Dated 17-9-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking No. 329-Customs, dated the 2nd August, 1976, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification : (a) for Sl. No. 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entries shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) "2. Fabricated mica (excluding die electric mica strips). 10 per cent. ad valorem." ; (b) After Sl. No. 9 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) "10. Die electric mica strips Nil."
