Appointment of officers of Customs Notification No. 325/86-Cus. Dated 26-5-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 252/83-Customs, dated 27th August, 1983, namely :— In the said notification, for entries in clauses 1 and 2 of sub-para (a) of para 1, the following entries may be substituted :— "1. Director General of Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi and 2. Director General of Inspection, Customs and Central Excise, New Delhi."
