Specified goods falling under Chapters 25, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 38 and 98 Notification No. 324/86-Cus. Dated 21-5-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 136-Customs, dated the 17th February, 1986, namely :—, In the Table annexed to the said notification— (i) against Sl. No. 50, in column (3), the words and brackets, "Carbolic Acid (Phenol)" shall be omitted ; and (ii) against Sl. No. 53, in column (3),— (a) the word "and" occurring at the end of entry (10) shall be omitted; ' (b) after entry (10), the following entries shall be inserted, namely :— "(10A) Carbolic Acid (Phenol); (10B) Nonyl Phenol : (10C) Styrene."
