Parts of stationary or industrial internal combustion piston engines Notification No. 309/86-Cus. Dated 12-5-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 155-Customs, dated the 28th May, 1981, namely :— In the said notification, for the words and figures "Heading No. 84.09", the words and figures "Heading No. 84.07 or 84.08" shall be substituted.
