Specified goods other than calculating machines, accounting machines etc. Notification No. 304/86-Cus. Dated 5-5-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 172-Customs, dated the 8th August, 1977, namely :— In the said notification,— (i) against Sl. No. 3, in column (2), for the words and figures "Heading No. 85.01", the words and figures "Heading No. 85.01 or 85.03" shall be substituted; (ii) against Sl. No. 7,— (a) for the words and figures "Heading No. 85.25 or 85.26", the words and figures "heading No. 85.25, 85.26 or 85.29" shall be substituted; (b) in column (4), after entry (ii), the following entries shall be inserted, namely :— (iii) Parts suitable for use solely or principally with the apparatus falling under heading No. 85.27 or 85.28. (iv) Radio apparatus for the remote control of toys and parts thereof.".
