Rock drilling bits Notification No. 240/86-Cus. Dated 11-4-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 65/86-Customs, dated the 17th February, 1986, namely :— In the said notification, for the words "rock drilling bits", the words "rock drilling bits and parts thereof" shall be substituted.
