Designated Authority under Customs Tariff (Additional Duty on Dumped Articles) Rules, 1985 Notification No. 239/86-Cus. Dated 8-4-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Duty of Additional Duty on Bounty-fed Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1985, the Central Government hereby appoints the Additional Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce (Department of Commerce) as the designated authority for the purposes of the said rules.
