Certain imported capital goods on export - Procedure Notification No. 221/86-Cus. Dated 25-3-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 249/85-Customs, dated 13-8-1985, namely :— In the said notification,— In condition (7), for words "Development Commissioner of the said Zone" the words "Chief Controller of Imports and Exports" shall be substituted."
