Goods falling under Chapter 39 Notification No. 203/86-Cus. Dated 5-3-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 150/86-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1986, namely :- In the said notification, for the words and figures "falling under Heading Nos. 39.01 to 39.14", the words and figures "falling within Chapter 39" shall be substituted.
