Goods imported for electronics industry Notification No. 175/86-Cus. Dated 1-3-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 231-Customs, dated the 18th August, 1983, namely :— In the Table annexed to the said notification,— (i) Sl. No. 8 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted; (ii) against Sl. No. 63, in column (3), entry (ii) shall be omitted.
