Petroleum Bitumen import under OGL Notification No. 13/1997 Dated 14/08/1997 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with paragraph 4.1 of Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, the Central Government hereby notifies the following amendment in the "ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items 1997-2002", namely: - The policy indicated against the following sub-EXIM Code under EXIM Code 27.13 shall be amended to read as under: - EXIM Code Item Description Policy Conditions relating to the policy Import under SIL/ Public Notice 27132000 Petroleum Bitumen Free 2.
