Exotic Birds-Export of specified species may be permitted Notification No. 27/1997 Dated 11/12/1997 S.O. (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by the Section 5 of the Foreign Trade Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Paragraph 1.3 of the Export and Import Policy 1997 -2002, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Export Import Policy,1997-2002. 2. In Chapter 16, Part I, Paragraph 16.1, the entry at SI. No.2 shall be amended to read as under:- Exotic birds except those species of Exotic birds as specified in the Public Notice issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade from time to time. 3.
