Amendment in the notification number S.O. 2707(E), dated 27th October, 2009 - To set up a multi product Special Economic Zone at villages Musalgaon and Gulvanch Taluka Sinnar, District Nasik in the State of Maharashtra - To Appoint Approval Committee - To notify as deemed to be a Inland Container Depot (ICD) MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 10th November, 2009 S.O. 2865(E). - The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zone Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. No. 2707(E), dated 27th October, 2009 for setting up of a multi-product SEZ at villages Musalgaon and Gulvanch, Taluka Sinnar, District Nasik, Maharashtra by M/s.
