Specification of debentures of public sector companies Notification Number: 0501(E) Dated 22-08-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (xvie) of sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Wealth-tax Act, 1957 (27 of 1957), the Central Government hereby specifies the following debentures for the purposes of that clause, namely:- (1) 7-Year "14 per cent Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Bonds ('A' Series)" issued by M/s. National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited; (2) 7-Year "14 per cent Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Bonds" issued by M/s Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited. File Number: 328/82/86-WT
