Appointment of common adjudicating authority of Commissioner of Customs ICD, Tuglakabad MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) New Delhi, the 23rd December, 2009 NOTIFICATION No.183/2009-Customs (N.T.) S.O. 3273(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 and sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) ,the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on,— (i) the Commissioner of Customs, JNPT, Nhava Sheva; (ii) the Commissioner of Customs, Chennai ; and (iii) the Commissioner of Customs, Kandla for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notices pertaining to M/s. Shivalik Impex and Others issued vide F.No.23/11/2008-DZU/6586 to 6600, dated the 26th December, 2008, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi.
