Amends Notification no. 24/2005 - Committees consisting of two Chief Commissioners of Central Excise Notification No. 01/2010 Central Excise (N.T.) New Delhi , the 6thJanuary 2010. G.S.R. 9(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 35B of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 24/2005-Central Excise (N.T.) , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Subsection (i) vide number G.S.R. 304(E), dated the 13th May, 2005, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 22, in column (3), for the word "Valsad" , the word "Vapi" shall respectively be substituted.
