Adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Adani Exports Limited 7th November, 2003 Notification No. 97/2003 - Customs (N.T) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Kandla , to act as Commissioner of Customs (Export Promotion), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai, Commissioner of Customs, Mangalore, and Commissioner of Customs, Ahmedabad , for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Adani Exports Limited, Adani house, Navarangpura , Ahmedabad and Others, issued vide F.No . DRI/AZU/INV-14/98-PT.IV dated, the 20 th March, 2003, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai .
