Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of section 73 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005), hereby appoints Sh. Surendra Kumar Kaushik as the Chairman of the Delhi Value Added Tax Appellate Tribunal with immediate effect.
