To set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at DLF Cyber City , District - Gurgaon (Haryana) MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 12th March, 2010 S.O. 586 (E). - Where M/s. DLF Cyber City Developers Limited has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005(28 of 2005) (hereinafter referred to as the Act ) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at DLF Cyber City, District-Gurgaon, in the State of Haryana; And whereas the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , has notified an area of 10.73 hectares at above Special Economic Zone in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry notification No. S.O. 580 (E), dated 13th April, 2007 . And whereas M/s.
