Constitution of NOIDA SEZ Authority - Amendment in Notification No. S.O. 570(E), dated 27-2-2009 Notification No. S.O. 794(E) Dated 8-4-2010 The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 570(E), dated 27th February, 2009 , namely:- In the said notification the name of the member at Sl. No. 5, i.e. "Sh. Rajiv Prasad, MD, Phoenix Lamps Ltd." may be replaced as "Sh. Amrit Manwani, MD, Sahasra Electronics Pvt. Ltd.".
