Free Trade Warehousing Zone at Ibrahimpur.Junaidpur Urf Maujpur,District-Bulandshahar in the State of Uttar Pradesh - S.O. 2793(E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICAFlON New Delhi, the 16th November, 2010 S.O. 2793(E).—Whereas, M/s. Arshiya Northern FTWZ Limited, a private organization in the State of Maharashtra has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 ( 28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), to set up of -Free Trade Warehousing Zone at Ibrahimpur, Junaidpur Urf Maujpur, District Bulandshahar in the State of Uttar Pradesh; And whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of Section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it. Has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of Section 3 of the said Act for development operation and maintenance of the above Special Economic Zone on 27th February, 2009, And whereas, the Central Government has also granted approval, to the request of M/s. (ii) the Central Government hereby constitutes a Committee to be called the Approval Committee for the above sector specific Special Economic Zone for the purposes of Section 14 of the said Act consisting of the following Chairperson and Members, namely:- 1. Delopment Commissioner —Chairperson of the Special Economic Zone ex-officio of the Special Economic Zone 2. Director, Deputy Secretary —Member, to the Government of India, ex-officio Ministry of commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce or his nominee not below the rank of Under Secretary to the Government of India 3. Joint Director General of Foreign —Member Trade having territorial ex-officio Jurisdiction over the Special Economic Zone. 4. Commissioner of Customs or —Member Central Excise having territorial ex-officio Jurisdiction over the Special Economic Zone or his nominee Not below the rank of Joint Commissioner. 5. Commissioner of Income Tax —Member, Having territorial jurisdiction ex-officio over the Special Economic Zone or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Commissioner 6. Director (Banking) in the Ministry —Member, of Finance, Banking Division, ex-officio Government of India 7. Two officers, not below the rank — Members, of Joint Secretary, to be nominated ex-officio by the Government of Uttar Pradesh 8. Representative of M/s. Arshiya —Special Northern FTWZ Limited Invitee (Developer of the Zone) (iii) the Central Government hereby also appoints 16th Day of November, 2010 as the date from which the above Free Trade Ware Housing Zone shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), [F.No.F1/136/2008-SEZ] ANIL MUKIM, Jt.Secy.
