MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 23rd November, 2010 S.O. 2827(E).- Whereas, M/s. Mikado Realtors Private Limited, a private organization in the State of Haryana, had proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005(28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for electronic hardware, information technology and information technology enabled services. at Village Behrampur, District Gurgaon in the State of Haryana; And whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules, 2006 , had notified an area of 11.033 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 2724(E), dated 29th October, 2009; And whereas, M/s. Mikado Realtors Private Limited has now proposed for the denotification of 0.584 hectares from the above Special Economic Zone and the Central Government after considering the said proposal has accepted it; And whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of Section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby denotifies an area of 0.584 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 10.449 hectares of the above Special Economic Zone, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely:- TABLE Record Number Killa Number Area to be denotified (in hectares) 22 151/2 0.584 [F.
