Set up a sector Special Economic Zone for textiles at villages Bans Hariya, Jhund Saral and Bangrolla, District Gurgaon in The State of Haryana - S.O. 110(E) - Special Economic ZoneExtract Recinded vide S.O. 11(E) - Dated 29-12-2015 MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the19 January, 2011 S.O. 110(E) -Whereas, M/s. Orient Craft Infrastructure Limited, a private organization, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2O05) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector Special Economic Zone for textiles at villages Bans Hariya, Jhund Saral and Bangrolla, District Gurgaon in The State of Haryana; And whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006 , had notified the areas of 114.8318 hectares and 20.4423 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification numbers S O. 578(E) , dated 13th April, 2007 and SO. 2598 (E) , dated19th October, 2010 respectively: And whereas, MI s. Orient Craft Infrastructure Limited, has now proposed to include an area of 6.8290 hectares to the above Special Economic Zone; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of - rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby notifies an area of 6.8290 hectares as part of the above Special Economic Zone, thereby making total area of the Special Economic Zone as 142.1031 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely:- TABLE SL.No. Name of the village Mustil Number Khasra Number Area (in hectares) (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) 1.
