Recinded vide S.O. 11(E) - Dated 29-12-2015 Setting up a Sector Specific SEZ for textile sector at Bans Hariya, Jhund Sarai and Bangrolla Villages, District Gurgaon, in the State of Haryana - De-notification of certain area notified notification number S.O. 578(E) dated 13th April, 2007 MINSTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 19th October, 2010 S.O. 2598(E).- Whereas, M/s. Orient Craft Infrastructure Limited, has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act ), to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for textile sector at Bans Hariya, Jhund Sarai and Bangrolla Villages, District Gurgaon, in the State of Haryana;; And whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , has notified a total area of 114.8318 hectares at Bans Hariya, Jhund Sarai and Bangrolla Villages, District Gurgaon, in the State of Haryana as Special Economic Zone in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification No. S.O. 578(E) dated 13th April, 2007; And whereas M/s. Orient Craft Infrastructure Limited has proposed to include additional area at District Gurgaon, in the State of Haryana as a part of that Special Economic Zone; And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of Section 3 of the Act and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of Section 3 of the Act for development and operation of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for textile sector at the said area on 19th August, 2008;; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zone Act, 2005 and in pursuance of the rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules. 2006 , the Central Government hereby notifies an additional area of 20.4423 hectares at Bans Hariya and Jhund Sarai Villages, District Gurgaon, in the State of Haryana, comprising of the Survey numbers and the area given in the Table below, to be included as a part of that Special Economic Zone, namely.
