MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Company Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 17th February, 1997 Subject:- Central Government hereby notifies that the sum to which priority shall be given under clause (b) of sub section (1) of section 530, shall not in case of any one claimant, exceed the sum of Rs. 20,000/- Only G.S.R.80 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 530 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) the Central Government hereby notifies that the sum to which priority shall be given under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 530 of the said Act with effect from 1st day of March, 1997 shall not in case of any one claimant, exceed the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) [1/6/97-CLV] R.
