Notification under section 25(6) : Western UP Chamber of Commerce and Industry exempted from provisions of section 372 - SO 270(E), - Companies Law

Notification : No. SO 270(E), dated 26 ‑ 4 ‑ 1993. Subject:- Notification under section 25(6) : Western UP Chamber of Commerce and Industry exempted from provisions of section 372 S.O. 270(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub‑section (6) of section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby directs that the Western UP Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a body to which a licence is granted under section 25 of the said Act, shall be exempt from the operation of the provisions of section 3721 thereof insofar as they relate to the requirement of previous approval of the Central Government.
