MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS Notification No. G.S.R. 226(E), dated 31-3-2009 New Delhi, the 31 st March, 2009 Subject:- Section 641 of the Companies Act, 1956 -Amendments in Schedule VI G.S.R. 226(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 641 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in Schedule VI to the said Act, namely : 1. In the said Schedule, in Part I relating to Form of Balance Sheet , under heading A. Horizontal Form , in column (6), the second paragraph, Explanation 1 and Explanation 2 shall be omitted. 2.
