Jurisdiction of Commissioner of Customs (Appeals) — Amendment to Notification No. 16/2002-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 75/2004-Cus. (N.T.), dated 3-6-2004 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 16/2002-Customs (N.T.), dated the 7th March, 2002, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table, for Sl. No. 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entries shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) "1. Commissioner of Customs (Appeals), Delhi-I.
