In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Delhi Value Added Tax (Fourth Amendment) Act, 2012 (Delhi Act 14 of 2012), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby, appoints the 16^th January, 2013, as the date on which said Act shall come into force.
