MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29th January, 2013 S.O. 302(E).-Whereas, M/s. IFFCO Kisan SEZ Limited had proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a multiproduct Special Economic Zone at Villages Regadichelika, Racharlapadu, Chowduputtedu, Uchaguntapalem, North Ammuluru, Bodduvaripalem; Mandals Kodavaluru, Dagadharthi, Allur; District Nellore in the State of Andhra Pradesh; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006 , had notified the following areas at above Special Economic Zone as per the details given below:- S. IFFCO Kisan SEZ Limited has now proposed for de-notification of 20.23 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone and the Central Government after considering the said proposal has approved it; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 20.23 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 1002.97 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely:- TABLE S.
