Set up a Special Economic Zone in the port at Vallarpadom, Mulavukadu/Fort Kochi Village, Ernakulam District, in the State of Kerala - S.O. 298(E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th January, 2013 S.O. 298(E).-Whereas, M/s. Cochin Port Trust had proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a Special Economic Zone in the port at Vallarpadom, Mulavukadu/Fort Kochi Village, Ernakulam District, in the State of Kerala; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006 , had notified the following areas at above Special Economic Zone as per the details given below:- S.
