DEPB exemption Notification extended up to 30.9.2005 30th March, 2005 Notification No.31 /2005-Customs In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 96/2004-Customs, dated the 17 th September, 2004 namely:- In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the words and figures "31 st day of March, 2005", the words and figures "30 th day of September, 2005" shall be substituted. Prasad Under Secretary to the Government of India Note : The Notification No. 96/2004-Customs, dated the 17 th September, 2004 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide G.S.R. 619 (E), dated the 17 th September, 2004 and it was amended by notification No. 27/2005-Customs dated the 2 nd March, 2005 published vide G.S.R. 148 (E), dated the 2 nd March, 2005.
