(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Administration and Airport), Customs House, 15/1 Strand Road, Kolkata, to act as, - (i) The Commissioner of Central Excise, Kolkata III Commissionerate, Kolkata, and (ii) The Commissioner of Customs (Port), Custom House, Kolkata; for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s.
