Onion Exports-Canalised Item-Amendment in Policy /ITC(HS). NOTIFICATION NO.44(RE-99) 1997-2002 Dated: 6/1/2000 S. 0. (E): In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Paragraph 1.3 of the Export and Import Policy 1997-2002, as amended, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002. 2. In Paragraph 2 of the Notification No.43 (RE-99)/1997-2002, dated the 28th December, 1999, the word "Mauritius" may be corrected to be read as "Maldives". 3. In Paragraph 3 of the aforesaid Notification, the word "Maldives" may be corrected to be read as "Mauritius". 4. This corrigendum issues in Public interest Sd/- (N. L.
