Raw Hide Skins Export Restricted - Fish Hide Skins Export on OGL Notification No. 7 (RE-2000)/1997-2002 Dated 31st March, 2000 ITC(HS) Classification of Export-Import Items -Raw Hide Skins Export Restricted -Fish Hide Skins Export on OGL S.O(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 1.3 and 4.1 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule 2, of the book titled "ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import Items 1997-2002" (as amended): (i) The Words "Austria or" and "Finland or" in the item description against Code 0006 in Table A of Schedule 2 shall be deleted. (ii) The entry at code No.4101 (a) relating to Raw hides and skins in Table B of Schedule 2 may be amended to read as under: Code No. ITEM POLICY NATURE OF RESTRICTION 4101 Hides and Skins namely: a. (i) Raw hides and skins, all types excluding lamb fur skin. Restricted Export permitted under Licence. (ii) Fish hides and skins. Free (iii) The Words "Austria or" and "Finland or" in the item description against SL.No.8 in Appendix 1 of Schedule 2 shall be deleted.
