ITC (HS) - Deleted - Applicable BIS standards from the list of Appendix III to Schedule 1 (IMPORTS) NTF NO. 42/2003, DT. 06/05/2004 S.O (E) - In exercise of powers conferred under section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-2007(RE 2003), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2002-2007 published on 31st March, 2002 as amended from time to time, namely:- 2. The following shall be deleted from the list of Appendix III to Schedule 1 (IMPORTS) of ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items: Sl.No. Applicable BIS standards Name of the Products 143. IS: 13703 (Pt.2) Low voltage fuses for voltages not exceeding 1000 V AC or 1500 VDC (Pt.2) fuses for use by authorized persons. 149. IS: 9385 (Pt.1) High voltage fuses (Pt.1): Current limiting fuses 150. IS: 9385 (Pt.2) High voltage fuses (Pt.2): Expulsion similar fuses 151. IS: 13947 (Pt.2) Low voltage switchgear control gear-(Pt.2) circuit breakers 152. IS: 13947 (Pt.3) Low voltage switchgear control gear-(Pt.3) switches, disconnectors, switch disconnectors and fuse combination units. 153. IS: 13947 (Pt.4) Low voltage switchgear control gear-(Pt.4) contactors and motor starters 154. IS: 13947 (Pt.5) Low voltage switchgear control gear-(Pt.5) control circuit devices switching elements.
